James has lived in Massachusetts since he was 8 years old and loves the Greater Boston area. He first got interested in real estate about 15 years ago when he bought his first multi-family. He quickly learned the ins and outs of home ownership and of being a landlord.
In addition to being a real estate agent, James works full-time as a firefighter. From his firefighter training, he knows the importance of teamwork, dedication to the job, and problem-solving. In addition, he has extensive knowledge about fire safety in the home, from building materials to smoke alarm maintenance to dangerous personal heating units (what not to use!).
He’s passionate about sharing his knowledge with homebuyers - whether you are a first-time homebuyer or buying an investment property. Having been a landlord for years, he can also share insight about finding tenants, leases, common repairs, and landlord/tenant rights. James understands that buying or selling a home can be a stressful experience, so he’s here to make your experience as smooth and easy as possible.
James is proud to be a firefighter and real estate agent, with his background offering a unique perspective that benefits his clients. He will work with you every step of the way to ensure that you're happy with the outcome.
When James is not fighting fires or showing homes, he enjoys cooking, weightlifting, and watching anime.
